Appointment Cancellation and Recovery Policy — Psychiatry

At Clínica María 3 we reserve a dedicated time slot for each patient. To help us keep our schedule organized, we kindly ask that any cancellations or changes be communicated in advance.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows

The full consultation fee will be charged. However, in the event of a first occurrence, the doctor will endeavor to offer the opportunity to recover the paid time, either in person or via video consultation, subject to availability and preferably within the following 15 days.

This recovery does not guarantee a full new consultation or a specific time slot.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows

If repeated without justified force majeure, the full consultation fee must be paid without the right to recover the missed time. Advance payment may be required for future bookings.

Exceptional circumstances will be assessed individually by the clinic.
